"Give our customers what they want and need: proper coverages, fair prices and great service." We are a specialty insurance agency with 32 years business insurance experience. Our clients are small business owners. Generally our customers have between 10 and 650 employees. We protect their business's property, legal liability, and vehicles, as well as their employees' welfare and health needs. Our job is to provide our clients with insurance protection that will cover their full exposure from property and liability losses. We only provide coverage through "A" rated insurance carriers admitted to do business in the State of California. Our clients' businesses are too important to their future to give them anything but our best. We seek to provide the lowest insurance premium cost without placing our customers at risk with financially unstable or understaffed insurance companies. All claims are reviewed and any additional information needed gathered by our service representatives before being submitted to our insurance carriers. In most cases we have developed a client-specific claims reporting form. I'm proud of the reputation we have earned fighting fraudulent liability and workers' compensation claims for our clients. When unnecessary claims payments are made, the insured is the one who pays with increased renewal premiums. One of our most important goals is to lower and stabilize our customers' premiums.
